1. Scope and summary

This policy describes the Toddler Academy Android and iOS apps and the Toddler Academy and Focus Sparks pages served at mykidsplayground.com. It describes the updated release, not the behaviour of previously deployed versions. The learning activities are intended for children and caregivers.

The core games do not require an account, show advertising, or upload a child's profile, progress, answers or saved stories. Analytics and remote crash-reporting features are disabled in this release. The mobile games and bundled recordings work offline. The website downloads its pages, artwork and recordings to play.

Accessibility and calm-play options support different preferences. The games are not medical assessments, treatment or a promise of developmental results.

2. Information stored on your device

The mobile app may store the following in its private local storage:

The website uses local browser storage for progress, settings, stickers and saved stories. Website saves are per browser and device, not separate online accounts. We do not provide cloud synchronization or upload these game records. Use a nickname rather than a child's full name in a profile.

The core games do not request a child's email, precise birth date, location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or advertising identifier. The Android app uses vibration permission for optional tactile feedback; it does not record audio or images. Some instructions use your installed speech engine when a bundled recording is unavailable. Your operating system controls that speech service and any separately downloaded voices.

3. Website requests and hosting

Visiting the website necessarily sends requests for pages and game files. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, may process request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and time in operational or security logs. We do not claim that disabling analytics disables hosting logs or makes website visits anonymous.

Google Analytics is disabled on the root games and the related child-facing landing pages in this release, whether or not your browser sends Do Not Track. Game-event tracking is disabled. The game does not set advertising or analytics cookies in this configuration. Any browser cache or local storage used for the games remains under your browser's controls.

4. Narration, third parties and support

Recorded narration is produced during development and bundled with the games. Children's names, answers and stories are not sent to ElevenLabs to generate speech. No ElevenLabs API key is included in the app or website.

The core mobile release uses React Native, local storage, graphics, audio playback and operating-system speech libraries. Analytics, advertising, online accounts and in-app purchasing are not enabled in this release. We do not sell game records or share them with advertising networks.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Please do not email a child's full name, medical information, photos or recordings. Email providers may process your message under their own terms. We retain support messages only as needed to handle the request or meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete a support conversation using the same contact address, subject to any applicable retention obligation.

5. Caregiver controls, deletion and retention

Caregiver controls are behind a grown-up check. You can review profile and progress information in the parent area, change a nickname or preferences, delete a mobile profile, or reset progress. Deleting a mobile profile removes that profile's saved stories. Resetting all progress removes local game records. Local error logs can be cleared from the troubleshooting area.

On the website, reset progress in Settings or clear site data in your browser. This removes saved stories and progress from that browser. Removing the mobile app normally removes its local app storage; operating-system backup or restore behaviour can vary. Android app backups are disabled in this release.

Local records are retained until they are reset, deleted or removed with the app/site data. Older daily play-time records are pruned locally. Because game records are not uploaded, we cannot remotely retrieve or erase a device's local progress for you. Hosting logs and support messages are separate from those local game records.

6. Children's privacy and your requests

The games are child-directed. We aim to minimize data handling and keep caregivers in control. This policy does not claim regulatory certification or replace jurisdiction-specific legal review.

Parents and guardians may contact Ankit Chauhan at ankit961@gmail.com with questions about data access, correction, deletion or a suspected privacy issue. Please describe the issue without including unnecessary child information. We will review requests and respond within applicable legal time limits.

7. Security and policy changes

The production website is served over HTTPS. Mobile game records use the app's private storage; browser records use that browser's origin-scoped storage. Local storage is not an additional encrypted vault: people with access to your unlocked device or browser profile may be able to view or clear it. No system can guarantee absolute security.

If data practices change, we will update the date and disclosures in this policy. New collection, analytics or other online features require a separate privacy review and any disclosures or consent required before they are enabled.
